Data deletion

You can ask VARIUZ Studio to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including messages you sent to our Facebook Page or Instagram account and conversations with our assistant DIVA.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@variuz.studio with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us how you contacted us: the email address you used, or your Instagram / Facebook username.
3. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and delete the data within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your enquiry, contact details and the full conversation history in our systems. Messages that remain inside your own Facebook or Instagram inbox are controlled by Meta; you can delete them there.
