This policy explains what personal data VARIUZ Studio ("we") collects through variuz.studio, our AI assistant DIVA, and our Facebook Page and Instagram account, why we collect it, and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect
- Demo requests and contact forms: your name, company, email address, the product you are interested in and your message.
- DIVA chat on our website: the messages you send and DIVA's replies, plus any contact details you choose to share (name, email, phone).
- Messages to our Facebook Page or Instagram account: your account ID and username as provided by Meta, and the text of the conversation.
- Basic technical data: the page you sent a request from and an anonymous session identifier. We do not use advertising trackers on variuz.studio.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange a demo or a proposal you asked for.
- To follow up on your request. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.
- To keep a record of the conversation so our team does not ask you the same thing twice.
Automated replies
DIVA is an AI assistant. It answers questions on our website and may reply to messages sent to our Facebook Page and Instagram account. A member of our team can read the conversation and take over at any time. DIVA never makes binding offers, quotes prices or makes regulatory claims on our behalf.
Who processes your data for us
We use service providers to run these features. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
- Anthropic and OpenRouter, to generate DIVA's replies.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), when you message us there.
- Telegram, to notify our team of new requests, and Resend, to send a confirmation email when you submit a form.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and conversations for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them for an ongoing project.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. See our data deletion instructions or email info@variuz.studio.
